The Bombay Sapphire Product Placement project was given to me by one of my instructors at VIU. I was asked to choose a product, and through multiple different lighting techniques, photoshoots and post production editing strategies, was to create a professional looking advertisement, spread or poster for the chosen product. For my two poster spreads I used drastically different lighting techniques, the poster on the right was shot on a light table with a head on flash, whereas the poster on the left was actually shot through a glass table with water rippling over top. Once I had each setup figured out, I documented and diagrammed them before moving forwards. Although definitely a tad difficult to orchestrate, I was very happy with the results of each poster.
